"This place is beat. Half of the elevators don’t work. The AC in our room leaked and soaked the floor. Most of the fun stuff in the pool was turned off (and there was stagnant water). The floors in the restaurant are worn through. Staff are very nice and try and compensate, but go somewhere else."
