Overall a typical cheaper hotel experience. Biggest complaint was stained bed cover, which grossed me out. Friend found hairs on her bed spread . The rest seemed pretty clean. Sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly. I’ve left a dirty hotel before and decided to stay despite the stains. I was very tired. I had my own blanket. I refused to use the one on the bed. Only stayed one of the two nights I booked. Ended up booking another hotel the next night and forfeited my night’s stay.

"I was expecting better quality and cleanliness at a Westin. On the 4th floor there was 2 water bottles not picked up for my entire stay. (I have pictures) disgusting.
