"Staff was very helpful. Front desk especially so. Ordering cabs - restaurant suggestions and just general information. Parking was a challenge with only 8 spots available but once you navigate the Parka App, wasn't that big of a hassle. Beds were move of a queen size than a double so that was nice. And the USB ports were a nice touch."

"The staff were friendly helpful and informative. They were quick to solve problems. They however were lacking in accessible wall plugs in their older rooms. Walls are a little thin so you can hear the coming and goings of other guests."

"After checking into a couple self check in places we realized that you must enter the code in slowly, it seems if you press the numbers quickly that it doesn't recognize it and fails. Once we figured it out the self check in went smoothly."

"Very quiet area of town outside Reykjavik. Hotel was clean and had plenty of amenities. Only scary part was someone walking into our hotel room at 2am because the door wasn’t closed properly. Didn’t learn till after that you have to lift door for it to properly lock. Overall, was a nice stay"
