Grandi has an amazing staff. Bora was amazing went out of her way to try to arrange tours. Grandi was about 15m walk to the center. 15 bus is about 1m walk from the hotel. We really enjoyed the breakfast at Grandi. They have lockers to hold luggage for free which is a plus. Spacious rooms. The staff was extremely friendly. Great location when in Iceland if you are willing to walk about 15m go the center. Grandi also has a restaurant and restaurants near by

Loved this hotel. Friendly staff, good-sized room, breakfast was also good ( the bread outstanding). Close to tour and city bus stops. Right near great harbour side seafood and fish restaurants, and walkable to the city’s historic centre.

The hotel staff was really good. Vlatka in particular with tips and suggestions for the tours and what to visit while in Iceland. Breakfast is great however it does get a bit crowded and then there is an issue with missing items for the buffet (bread , croissants, eggs and coffee)

An absolutely great hotel with the best front desk staff EVER. They helped us with everything from taxis to pizza and were always cheerful and friendly. I would definitely go back. And honestly, it wasn't there fault there was this huge snow storm and that no one could see the Aurora.

The property was close to many museums and restaurants. The cafe and restaurant served delicious food. The staff was polite and more than willing to help you with your needs.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff. The walls between rooms seem quite thin as we could hear the room next door to us arguing. Otherwise really good stay.
