"We loved the historic aspects of the hotel. It takes up an entire city block and is packed with so much history celebrating nearly 100 years in business. However that comes with the downside of lower ceilings, older rooms, etc. the room was small but very clean and reasonable, I just prefer something more spacious than a bed 3ft from the bathroom. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and had a ton of amenities and was walkable to all of Chicago’s touristy spots which was a plus. Nina told us a bunch of fun fact and offered us water (please take it… it’s $9 a bottle at the store downstairs). Would definitely tell friends and family to stay here."

"El hotel muy bonito, las vistas del downtown espectaculares. El servicio fue bueno y el personal muy amable. El mobiliario del hotel y de la habitación lucen viejos y falta de mantenimiento. Los bares no cuentan con pinzas para decorar los cócteles, las frutas y los popotes los agarran con las manos, los mojitos maceran la hierbabuena con las manos. Es un detalle que no me gustó. Por lo demas fue una experiencia muy bonita. Puedes rentar las scooter eléctricas y pasear por la ciudad."
