« Le condominium Rana à Chatan vient d'ouvrir en août 2017 donc nouvel hôtel. Le seul gros problème de cet hôtel est qu'il est très excentré. 15mn de marche de Sunset Beach et rien autour hormis un kfc et un family Mart. Néanmoins, il s'agit d'un appartement de luxe. Énorme balcon avec vue sur un port. Grande pièce spacieuse avec 2 coins de lumière. Grande salle de bain. Cuisine équipée. Un canapé, machine à laver même un aspirateur.. l'ensemble donne beaucoup d'indépendance et de confort. Pas de...

« チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。 たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。 その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。 館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。 次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。 »
