Great room, had a short notice booking needing a place to stay overnight due to a plumbing problem at home. great amenities (refrigerator, washer, kitchenete). Only thing I really don't like is the parking fee....

This is a good place to stay

I am an American who stayed at this property while visiting family stationed in Okinawa. The hotel is easily accessed, quiet, and the room was clean and as described. The front desk of this hotel is only staffed from 3 PM to Midnight. Staff do not speak much English, so have a translate app available to assist you if you do not speak Japanese. There are 7-11 and Lawson convenience stores a short walk from the hotel. I plan to stay here again when I return to visit family next year.

I stayed at a couple Kinjos and this one was great. Reception was open reliably and spacious. With the help of Google translate app communication was friendly and clear. They had Kinjo loungewear available as promised. I was in a 2 bed room just for myself and it was comfortable and clean. I love the dryer room! Plenty of towels, toothbrushes etc. I’d stay here again.

建物自体は比較的新しく、wifi環境も良かったので仕事が捗りました。 一方で、お掃除は行き届いていなかったのが残念でした。部屋の角には埃が残っていたり、壁に何かしらシミや汚れが付いているのが気になりました。水回りは綺麗だったのは救いでした。 夜は街灯がないためとても暗く、Mr. Kinjoの看板に照明もないので非常にわかりにくいです。この質で1泊1万円するのは少し高く感じました。

フロントスタッフの方の対応が非常に親切かつ丁寧でとても良い。気持ち良くチェックインできました。また館内利用の案内も的確。部屋は冷蔵庫・レンジ・シンクと通常の＋αの設備があるので使いやすい。長期滞在したいくらい。 エアコンも沖縄の高温多湿を感じさせない。必ずリピートするホテル

綺麗でした。 チェックイン/アウトもスムーズです。 ベッドも綺麗に整っているし、お風呂が綺麗で湯船も結構大きくて、湯船に入ろうと思える綺麗なお風呂でよかったです。 洗面所も綺麗でした。 すぐ近くにセブンとローソンがあります。 洗濯機、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、電子レンジ、ティファールあり。 タオル(大・小)、歯ブラシ、カミソリあり。 食器やお箸類はありませんでした。 コンロはIHです。 チェックインを担当してくださった方も簡潔に丁寧で好印象でした。 強いて言うなら、部屋の電気が暗い(少ない)と感じました。 また泊まりたいです。 自転車は無料で止められるのもありがたかったです。
