Cedar Mountain Vacation Packages

My recent stay at Hilton was disappointing due to a lack of clear communication and hospitality. After a long and exhausting day, I expected a smooth check-in experience, but instead felt I had to advocate for myself rather than being proactively assisted. Important details about my status and confirmation were not clearly addressed, which made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. Overall, the service felt disorganized and lacking the ease and attentiveness I associate with Hilton. My stay overall wasn’t bad — the hotel itself was a nice accommodation especially for the price that came with the package via Expedia. However, the customer service and hospitality at the front desk were consistently lacking throughout my visit. Each time I approached the desk, I didn’t feel welcomed or genuinely assisted. The only warmth and hospitality I experienced came from one older staff member and the cleaning crew, who were kind and professional. Unfortunately, the overall front desk experience didn’t reflect the level of service I expect.

Great restaurant and housekeeping.

To begin, this hotel had a foul order all throughout the hotel. The room we got had a foul order the entire stay. Trash all up and down the hallways. If you get assigned room 221 ask for a different room immediately. The staff is not friendly. The breakfast was ok. Missing a lot of food and was getting fussed at by the staff because I didn’t serve my plate like I was supposed to. The room was very dirty also.

Quick check in, and the rooms were clean!

The room was very clean, the food amazing, and the staff was efficient and friendly.Will definitely be back.
