"This hidden, off the beaten path gem is worth the drive. We enjoyed Cedar Key Inn from beginning to end. It is truly such a quaint, clean inn and the room decor brought me back to my grandparents' house. I thoroughly enjoyed the best shower I've had in a long time with excellent water pressure in any hotel."

"Clean room, air conditioning works properly, location is on the island, within walking and biking distance of the downtown area. People were very pleasant and helpful. Nice downtown beach with a playground for the kids. Pelicans and birds. Dolphins seen off the pier swimming playfully. Tall ship was in the area. Cedar Key is working diligently to bring back the downtown area that was devastated by the 2024 hurricane."

"I highly recommend this place the Marine, life, dolphins, birds, etc. were just amazing and lots of them and the views were stunning out over the Gulf of Mexico, excuse me, the Gulf of America, the shops and restaurants were all in within walking distance and the host were fantastic. Cedar key is a well kept secret in Florida."

"We thought we might be able to come and cook some meals but the kitchen is not really set up for that. I.e. only a microwave available. Everything is close by and people were friendly. It was great to walk everywhere and definitely slow paced and relaxing. It was great for what we wanted. A get away from the hustle and bustle. "
