The Cormorant (Unit C203 at Nature’s Landing condos) is a bright, colorful, and comfortable home away from home. There is a new comfy king bed, a new hide-a-bed, 1 ½ baths and a spacious fully appointed kitchen with all the needed appliances, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and plenty of counter space. Guests will find the condo very clean and well furnished with a breakfast bar, art décor from the local art community and a master bedroom and master bath featuring double sinks. \*\*\*IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to Hurricane Helene, the dock is currently out of order. We are assessing the situation and will provide a repair timeline as soon as we have more information. \*\*\* “Your” Natures Landing Condo is the perfect vacation location with an elevator, heated pool, hot tub, grills, picnic tables, fire pit, kayak launching deck, fish cleaning station, and a pier for fishing right on the property. Picture yourself sitting on your condo deck overlooking the beautiful marsh and water as you relax, read or bird watch – sighting spoonbills, pelicans, herons and osprey. There are a lot of activity choices in Cedar Key. Downtown is a mere block away and you can walk or bike to local restaurants, bars, shops, museums, and city beach. Explore the boardwalk, nature trails, kayak, play disc golf or boat to over 13 local islands (keys). Are you a golfer? Play The Chiefland Golf and Country Club – fun and affordable. This 18 hole course is only a short 30 minute drive and no tee times are necessary. Bring your swimsuit, sunglasses, fishing pole, golf clubs and bicycle. We enjoyed viewing all of the birds flying around the inlet which was visible from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped, and we had sufficient towels and linens. There are places to eat like Steamers and the Island Hotel & Restaurant within walking distance. Just be aware that if you have any issues, you may not get assistance. We contacted management about a clogged tub drain, but didn't get help with correcting the problem. It was an annoying inconvenience, but overall we enjoyed our stay. ##### Lisa G. Everything was within walking distance, if it wasn't so hot we would have walked everywhere! Definitely suggest renting a golf cart, we didn't, much easier to get around the island. We spent most of our time fishing and this place was a great spot to come back to and relax and unwind. Clean and comfortable, kitchen had plenty of cook ware and utensils.
