« My Place is a brand new smallish hotel in Mesa/Phoenix. As a result it was spotless, fresh, clean and excellent for the kind of hotel it is. It is the very definition of functional. There are basically no amenities, which is what I was expecting. There is a guest laundry. The room was very plain, which made no difference to me. It has a basic small kitchenette with an in counter cook too and a full-size refrigerator. It’s really designed as a somewhat extended near-residence kind of lodging....
