"Everything was clean and well maintained the only issue was that the water smelled weird and the water in the shower was way too hot."

"The check-in went fine until we tried to unlock our door. Our key did not work. I went to the front desk and after several attempts, new keys were cut to fit the lock. The staff is very nice and the poolside is comfortable with poolside food service. The alcoholic and non-alcoholic bar drinks were not the best at the hotel. There are several restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area. "

"Wonderful stay at this property in Cape May, NJ. We booked the premium king and had a great view of the ocean. We were on the 3rd floor. Rooms are tight but manageable and the bed is so comfortable. Lovely bathroom. We used the shuttle into town which was nice as parking is at a premium and we did not want to move our SUV and lose our spot. We had our own beach equipment (chairs and umbrellas) but ICONA provided this service free to the guests as well as the shuttle into town. Please tip. My only negative comments would be the coffee in the Keurigs...weak. And the pool. We could not use it as there were too many people in it and it was tiny. One great thing is Hemingways is next door and has happy hours from 12 to 6p every day and well worth it. We would stay at this property again. It was a lovely 4 days."

"Everything was great! The beach, shopping, wineries, restaurants are all within 10 minutes away. Uber prices were high, but we also needed a vehicle for 5. We didn't use the kitchen amenities, but could be s great bonus to avoid dining out every meal. The pool area had nice cabanas and public bathroom, so you didn't have to walk back to your cottage. We didn't use the fire pit but the area was nice. I would love to stay again!"
