Stayed at the Trop numerous times, and will stay again. However, disappointed in our room this time. There was remnants from the previous guest in the fridge that had to be cleaned out. And this particular room you cannot control the air conditioning.

The rooftop pool was below average in size and dirty . Also the chairs I paid was like bar stool that was soooo uncomfortable and inappropriate for the pool . I have never seen in any other hotels to pay for the pool as guest of the hotel except daybeds and cabanas.

Room was modern, up to date and clean. Staff was helpful when I requested towels, and when I checked out. I wish I had been given information about the breakfast area upon check-in.

"Absolutely loved this property! Went this past April with my husband and two kids and had a blast! Plenty of dining places to walk to, including their on-site restaurant, which was delicious. 10 out of 10 recommend!"
