  • Relax with the whole family at this beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in southwest Cape Coral. Enjoy the heated pool year round, privacy of a corner and located right off of the beautiful Surfside boulevard neighborhood of Cape Coral. Minutes from great dining, bike paths, Starbucks, shops, Yacht Club public beach, Sanibel Island, golf courses, and more. The safe neighborhood is one of our favorite parts of the home. The house is fully stocked with plenty of amenities and should have everything you need and then some. Have some friendly family competition with the pool table and yard games after a day at some of the best beaches in the world.

Lifelong Memories

We too our two teens on their first ever trip to Florida from Connecticut. They helped pick out this beautiful house and we honestly had the best time. The home was everything we imagined and more. We were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We met a few of the people walking and they were so sweet and kind. The owners were SO friendly and their communication was perfect. We would love to come stay again one day! Thank you so much!

Very cute and clean house

The house was decorated so cute! It had all of the items you would need for a getaway. The area had a lot to do, but wasn't to touristy. I would highly recommend this house!

Excellent Home

This was a wonderful place to stay! We stayed further away from where my daughter’s gymnastics national championships were and we are very glad we did. The home was clean and had plenty of extras. Going to the beach or out to the pool was easy since they provided EVERYTHING! The managers were great and had great communication and were very will to accommodate. If I’m the area I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place !

This place was wonderful! We will definitely be back! The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. The pool was the perfect size and they had pool toys already set up to use. Also they had beach toys , towels , bikes and anything else you could want or need for the beach. We have stayed in other places before but this was by far our favorite and definitely recommend staying here!
