LEGOLAND California Hotel

"Legoland Hotel is a magical and wonderful place to stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so many food options. The hotel is showing some wear in places. The areas for kids to play are excellent."

"Stayed here to attend my daughter's wedding. Was happy to see that I was upstairs and didn't have to climb steep stairs to get to my room. I had a two-bedroom suite. It was nice and spacious. The grounds were well kept and it was quiet. I had an issue in the kitchen, and they came right away to fix it. Even called 20 minutes later to confirm issue had been resolved. Everywhere I went I was greeted with a smile or asked if I needed anything. Nice place to stay. I felt safe and valued as a customer on this property. You will be charged a $35 a day resort fee. The only thing I didn't like was after a grueling 10-hour drive, the front desk check- in went smoothly, but the experience was immediately soured when I was told I had to go to a separate concierge desk just to get a basic parking pass! The concierge was busy trying to sell something. Why should I have to wait for that? Parking passes should be given at check in by the person who checked you in! Annoying! The furniture in the tv area was dirty. Overall, this was a nice place to stay."
West Inn & Suites

"We have stayed here before for the holidays. Great hotel, close to Legoland. Front desk staff friendly. Loved the cookies and milk in the evening. Plenty of parking. Did not use pool but hot tub was closed. Breakfast was ok. Tater tots were still frozen. Pancakes lacked flavor. Sausages overcooked. Need more kid friendly cereals. Kitchen staff very friendly. The only thing I did not particularly care for was that the cleaning crew knocked twice at 8 am and 1045. If checkout is at 1100, please do not disturb guests before then. We understand rooms want to be turned over but we are paying to stay until the checkout time of 1100."

"The Ayres hotel was clean, quiet, well-kept, and had some of the nicest, warm, and hospitable people my wife and I have ever met. Everyone made our stay feel as though we were arriving at home. The pillows and bed were so comfortable, and the continental breakfast was the cherry on top. If you are looking for a place that is clean, warm, and has staff who will greet you with a smile, take care of you, and make you feel at home, this is hands-down the perfect hotel to stay at. Definitely recommend!"
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Carlsbad - Legoland Area

"We enjoyed our stay. Nice, accommodatingstaff. Good breakfast. Clean room and comfortable bed. Nice patio, pool and spa. Mostly quiet and simple area to get around. We will be back."
Hyatt Place San Diego/Vista-Carlsbad

"Staff was very nice. Bathroom had a bit of a mold issue. Couldn’t see it but could smell it. Property was under construction so outside our room was a bunch of old mattresses. But overall the bed was comfortable the room was spacious. Breakfast was a little later in the morning so we had to eat once we got back from my son’s early morning game. But the food was good."
