"5***** to me. Rooms are always clean including the bathroom, staff is always great getting you your room. breakfast is a big plus, I've also used the laundry room a couple of times great place to stay. Tim the night manager / front desk is the best. Very helpful and professional."
Beachfront Inn and Suites at Dana Point

"Staff was great, our room wasn’t ready so they ended up upgrading us to a 1 bedroom suite. The room was huge, the furniture was a little outdated and small for the space but still had what we needed- a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge, 2 king beds and a bathroom. The ocean view was amazing. The only downside was having a few mosquitoes in the room. Which for some its fine, but for my bf and I who swell up like balloons it wasnt. The breakfast was as simple as breakfast can be. Fruit, yogurt, coffee, packaged pastries, and a waffle maker. For the price and location we’d definitely come back."

"My husband and I enjoyed our 2 days stay. We did not like the limited channel selection and wished that Netflix is offered in the future. We plan to take a trip to Portland Oregon in late November 2026 and if the price is right, we will stay at another Holiday Inn Express. By the way, the Breakfast was EXCELLENT and we did not get the gentlemen's name that worked helped us in the breakfast area, he was Asian, but he was really "KIND AND HELPFUL""
