« Nous avons eu un check-in déplaisant. La réceptionniste Angela nous mettait de la pression pour donner notre numéro de carte de crédit, lorsque c'était clairement inscrit dans le courriel de confirmation de ne pas donner cette information pour notre sécurité. Elle nous a menacé d'annuler notre réservation. La salle de bain et la cuisine commune étaient très sales. Notre chambre était située sous l'escalier à côté de la cuisine. « Très bel hébergement au milieu de nulle part avec une très belle vue et un accueil hyper sympa. Nous recommandons vivement et principalement le lodge Luna qui se trouve au sommet. Le lodge Maya doit supporter un peu de vis a vis de passage; le Baya aussi mais un peu moins. Quand aux 3 glanpings, ils ont l’avantage de n’avoir aucun vis à vis mais sont un peu moins conforts avec la salle de bains très sympa mais à l’étage inférieur et avec escalier extérieur. Ils sont toutefois tous intéressants....

« We liked every each part of our stay there. We helped with sending us a driver that gonna pick us up from the airport and then there were so welcomed and explain everything and show our studio. I had a few times that I didn’t even want to go out of our room because it was so nice the pool the sun the quiet the view everything is amazing! You feel like you woke up in the jungle. L’accueil est exceptionnel, grâce à des propriétaires chaleureux et un personnel attentionné, en particulier Dennis au restaurant, dont la gentillesse et le professionnalisme ont marqué notre séjour. Le cadre est à couper le souffle : une vue splendide, une piscine magnifique, des chambres confortables et bien équipées. Le restaurant propose une cuisine savoureuse, parfaitement exécutée. La localisation est idéale : à seulement 10 minutes du ferry pour Puntarenas, mais surtout à proximité immédiate de l’un des rares sites de la région où l’on peut vivre une expérience magique de bioluminescence en kayak — un moment unique à ne pas manquer. Un lieu rare, paisible et authentique, pour se ressourcer dans un cadre naturel exceptionnel, tout en profitant d’un service de grande qualité. "Bilan vraiment partagé. L'hôtel est visiblement refait à neuf et les chambres sont fonctionnelles. Le gros point négatif est le service et l'organisation générale. Le personnel est essentiellement sur ses téléphones ou sur les ordinateurs, il communique uniquement par WhatsApp si vous avez besoin de quelque chose et la réactivité n'est pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Nous sommes également partis sur une note négative car le matin de notre départ, pas d'eau ni d'électricité avant 5 minutes avant notre départ, sans nous avoir avertis en amont. C'est vraiment dommage car l'hôtel a du potentiel, mais ces points sont importants pour l'expérience client. Nous avons été accueillis partout très bien au Costa Rica, mais l'hôtel Santa Teresa aura détonné. Petit dej limite . "
