« The property and bungalow are amazing! We really enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, relaxing by the pool, and the short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We comfortably fit our family (2 adults, 3 kids) in the Tranquilo Bungalow and appreciated the clean, well decorated indoor and outdoor living space. Leah was a kind, attentive host. Dori always had coffee brewing in the morning and kept the property spotless. Definitely set up a surfing lesson with Toro. The bungalows are...

« The room was lovely and the people we met staying there were very nice! There is a very cute cat on the property who will often say hi. The location is great, there's a restaurant just down the hill that is open from early to late with breakfast, dinner, and drinks. The Santa Teresa beach is just beyond that. Less than 5 min walk. The host was very kind and helpful with the check in process. The family that runs the place is so nice, they have small children that are always around the common...

« The house was perfect and fit our exact needs. You basically have 4 master suites so no one feels like they got a better room which is really amazing. The grand living/kitchen with sliders that open to the jungle and sea with infinity pool live even better than the pictures. Hot showers with great water pressure, privacy and an arms reach right into Santa Teresa. "Bilan vraiment partagé. L'hôtel est visiblement refait à neuf et les chambres sont fonctionnelles. Le gros point négatif est le service et l'organisation générale. Le personnel est essentiellement sur ses téléphones ou sur les ordinateurs, il communique uniquement par WhatsApp si vous avez besoin de quelque chose et la réactivité n'est pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Nous sommes également partis sur une note négative car le matin de notre départ, pas d'eau ni d'électricité avant 5 minutes avant notre départ, sans nous avoir avertis en amont. C'est vraiment dommage car l'hôtel a du potentiel, mais ces points sont importants pour l'expérience client. Nous avons été accueillis partout très bien au Costa Rica, mais l'hôtel Santa Teresa aura détonné. Petit dej limite . "
