(or 2-minute drive) to the beach and only minutes from the best restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets, our one of a kind villa is the ideal blend of location, luxury and tranquility.  
  
Wake up to stunning views of the waves breaking on the shore and unwind with unforgettable sunsets framed by lush jungle scenery. The villa features a private infinity-style plunge pool and outdoor lounge area where you can soak in the beauty of the ocean and watch the sunset at the end of the day.  
Our outdoor area also features a a large dining area with a BBQ grill, including another small porch with a cozy high wooden bar table facing the ocean, perfect for your morning coffee or remote laptop work.  
  
Inside, the villa is thoughtfully designed with boho-vintage charm and plenty of natural light. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an island bar and seating, large comfy living room with a 55-inch smart TV for entertainment, 2 ACs, fans, 150Mbps high speed fiber-optic internet, and a designated workspace with an ergonomic office chair.  
  
As you make your way downstairs to the bedrooms, enjoy our amazing large fixed windows that perfectly frames the breathtaking ocean and jungle view.  
This level of the villa is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy. It features two bedrooms, each outfitted with an AC, fans, hand crafted open wooden wardrobes, and luxurious king-size orthopedic beds and pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Both bedrooms are designed with large windows, allowing natural light to fill the space and offering glimpses of the lush jungle and ocean surroundings.
