You also can use the facilities at a nearby resort (Ylang Ylang, which is lovely) a nice 10 minute walk along the beach from montezuma town. The hotel staff was also really friendly and helpful. After 3 weeks touring the pacific coast from La Cruz to Montezuma, the beach was a bit disappointing. The town itself is small, but pretty cool. Lots of dining options within a few minutes walk. More if you want to drive. My room was clean, but very dark. Windows faced the hallway. Decent bed with comfortable bedding. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Can’t say much about the restaurant because I didn’t eat there. Plus they are owned by resort nearby which gives you access privilege to their pool and beach views.
