"We spent Spring Break Easter week with our 2 daughters at Villa La Valencia. We did all inclusive and felt everything was perfect. The place is pristine the food was great the staff all knew my name by the end of the week. There was plenty of friends for our daughters to make by the family pool. We paid extra for a few activities at the kids club. All the staff from the kids club said hi to my daughter after while we were around the property and she loved the time spent. The balcony spaces were great to hang when we were in the room watching the beach and waves. The all inclusive had quality options for liquor there are premium alcohol options as an upgrade but the selection was plentiful. The whole week was perfect and we were already being asked when are we going back to Mexico by our daughters "

"We arrived by Uber. The property has a no Uber policy. We were dropped at the gate. The gate agent seemed flustered and didn't offer us a solution to being dropped at the bottom of a hill in 90 degree temps with luggage. We requested a ride. He had to call twice before a ride arrived. Took maybe 20-30 minutes. Once inside we registered and were immediately solicited for a timeshare presentation, which we declined. We arrived in our room. Very musty smell. I noticed black mold on the ceiling of the shower - the likely cause of the smell. The bell hop noticed we had some food, but no fridge in our room. He called the front desk for a mini-fridge. It was not delivered, and at the end of the day we threw out our perishable foods. One of the pools had green algae growing on the underside of the rim, and all pools just generally need maintenance. Breakfast was complimentary, and was good. Views were amazing, and one day we lazed in the pool and watched whales for at least an hour. Pool bars were not staffed when we swam - maybe the wrong time? Bed was comfortable. We could hear our neighbors through the door, so thin walls. Hotel is 18 miles from downtown Los Cabos San Lucas, and Uber was about $30 each time we came and went, with fast pickups. Stay was okay. For the distance to town to the inconvenience of not letting Uber on the property and the musty smell in our room, plus the time share solicitation, I wouldn't stay again. Of note: the staff were incredibly helpful and kind."

"This was my second time staying at Garza Blanca, and I felt it was even better than my first visit. One highlight was the Mexican night held on the beach—the food was delicious with a great variety of options. Our server, Salvador, was especially attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the food across the resort is consistently excellent. The only downside for me is that there aren’t enough activities, especially at night—it can get a bit boring. It would also be great if they added an ice cream or dessert area to enhance the experience even more."

"El Hotel es absolutamente IMPECABLE Desde que llegas hasta que te despiden. La zona de la piscina de adultos fue el lugar que más me gustó! El bar y la coctelería buenísima! La comida en todos los restaurantes muy rica 10/10 Las pizzas y las hamburguesas deliciosas! La pasta muy rica! Las quesadillas riquísimas y el guacamole súper deli! Aunque me hubiera gustado tener un poco más de variedad en cuanto a comida típica. Casi toda tenía comida de mar y soy alérgica así que fue un poco limitada… iba con mucho antojo de comida Mexicana. Las habitaciones son comodisimas y hermosas! La terraza con vista al mar Wow! La atención de todo el Staff buenísima! El servicio de Consierge y Mayordomo súper atentos a todo lo que necesitáramos! Siempre se acordaban de nuestros nombres… Es un lugar muy tranquilo… perfecto para descansar… "

"True luxury. Staff was great and the restaurant options on site were all fantastic - several to choose from. Food was amazing! We didn’t leave the property. Our room was a one bedroom, living room with pull out bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and two full bathrooms. Room was serviced twice daily. Spa was amazing too. Highly recommend. Great for family - includes kids club and teens club. "
