"Staff members and the food were top quality for our stay. And we got nothing short of that. The only thing I didn’t like was the bedding. It was too sensitive to sleep on. Every time me or my wife moved we could feel each others moved. It made it a bit uncomfortable. "

At Latitude, we were treated to outstanding service by Francisco and Susana, whose warm hospitality made us feel truly special. Chef Guadalupe's culinary skills were amazing, making every meal unforgettable. Similarly, our lunch and dinner at Taberna were superb. Arturo, the restaurant manager, provided impeccable service from start to finish, ensuring our dining experience was perfect. We highly recommend both Latitude and Taberna for anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience at VV. Our first all-inclusive experience turned out to be a delightful surprise, thanks to the exceptional staff and delicious food!"

"I will give 5 star to Barcel because of the excellent service from staff, cleanliness of the hotel, clean pool which were not very crowded.If i will plan again to travel Mexico ,I will choose Barcelo again.Very wholesome place and with a breathtaking scenery.And what is important i felt safe and my hubby .I really appreciate the Staff.They are all respectful , helpful and very accomodating. I'm going to miss the place. "

"Everything about this place was amazing. IF you are looking for night entertainment it is more quiet , def a place to relax and unwind. They have live solo artist that play. They also do a mexican night on the beach that is very fun. Only recommendation is more pool and beach chairs. If not down there by 8 there is no seating."
