"House needs some work...and I understand that it was just moved back away from the beach, but she needs some love as she's a little tired. Exterior porch doors don't close, furniture is tired, dirty, chairs in theatre room are broken, walls are in really, really bad shape..need plaster work and paint..counter tops aren't level/square."
