"Hotel was perfect for a girls weekend. Great location and walkable distance for restaurants and the popular Church Street marketplace. Valet parking service was convenient - you could text in advance to have your car ready to go in front of the hotel. Rooms were clean and staff was very quick when we requested extra pillows and towels. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Only downside was that the sidewalks were being renovated near the hotel while we were there. however, that’s only a temporary thing. Still a 5 star stay. "

"I can tell the property was renovated to look more modern, and I loved it. The hooks were great for my handbag, and over night bag. I really don't like putting them on the floors, so those were great additions. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and informative. My son is a student at SUNY Plattsburgh, so I plan on staying here for every visit."
