"Gangs of kids roamed the corridors making the elevators difficult to use as they called the elevator, but did not ride it. The kids were rude, vulgar, and obscene. That distracted us from a pleasantly designed hotel, the room with a seating area was a treasure. The proximity to the airport, the airport shuttle and the surrounding restaurants were good, shame about the guests."

The cooked food for breakfast is slightly hit or miss: sometimes the prepared omelettes aren’t seasoned, the turkey bacon is not good at all, and the hot water for tea had coffee grounds in it one day. But when it’s good, it’s very satisfactory. The facilities are very comfortable, quiet, nice decor. My room didn’t have hand soap by the sink and not enough toilet paper. But I’m being particular because it’s hard to find a fault. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely be back. "

"The only complaign I have is: Restrictions for the pool for families with kids. Open for kids before 10am and after 5pm Those hours are the worst for families with Kids. We booked the hotel because of the pool, but couldn’t use it. After 5pm we usually had dinners. And before 10 on vacation….is tough. Change the hours for kids using the pool. Thank you."
