While the staff was friendly and the price was better than most other options, the bedspread had multiple cigarette burns, curtain rod broken, actual cockroaches in the bathroom, and other than a fridge and tv in the room, the tiny packaged soap the amenities were almost non existent. It’s really not up to the minimum standards I expect even from a bargain hotel.

Everything was good—the service, the attention, and everything overall. We were given a room that had a strange smell, so we requested a change, and it was done without any problem. We stayed a weekend before for a night and everything was clean. I just feel that it’s a little expensive for what it is.

Expecting an older used motel, pleasantly surprised to find my Room was clean and tidy. Although close to and next to highways and other businesses, did not notice undue noise inside the hotel. Very Convenient (10 mins) to the Buffalo Niagara Airport. Plenty of eating establishments on Maple Rd and Niagara Falls Blvd. I would stay there again if in the area.

Pleasantly surprised. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean too. Front desk was accommodating with extra towels and with fixing a broken light bulb. Anchor bar right next door and close to everything you need or is just a five minute drive away Would stay again.
