« Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break. »

Située dans un quartier agréable et très pratique (tous les commerces sont à 2mn à pied),très bien relié au centre de Brighton par des lignes de bus (environ 20 mn de bus). Merci à Bex qui a été d'une grande gentillesse et réactivité pour nous aider en toute occasion. Une adresse que nous recommandons très vivement. »

« I simply loved my stay here. Everything about this stay was amazing. The location is fantastic, with convenience stores and a fish and chips place right within walking distance. The room itself is so cute with great amenities. There is a fan if you get hot and also a heater for when it gets cold. They were absolutely the sweetest hosts and I felt at home!!! »

« The house and its equipment are as described. Good communication with Jonathan who gave us useful places to visit before our stay and a welcoming basket at our arrival. The house is comfortable, clean and close to commodities. Several walking trails allow you to discover the surroundings. The train from Brighton to London Victoria is very convenient to visit London (one hour trip). We recommand the house and will come back with pleasure. »

« This property provided the perfect place to host a hen party weekend for 18 people. The rooms are all perfectly sized and the communal areas are perfect for hen games and pre-drinks. The house is easy to find and is in with easy walking distance of the pier and other amenities. I would highly recommend for large groups. »

« The house is clean, the bedrooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. The lounge is small, and the table does not sit 12 people comfortably. Parking is a nightmare, complicated and expensive. »

« What a stay we had in this fantastic home! I can’t thank Jaqueline enough! Everything was so easy - we were in contact throughout the year and every question I asked was answered right away. We stayed in a group of 22 - bed situation absolutely fine! Had the mad platters afternoon tea - wow the set up was stunning ! The food was incredible! « If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The house was in the best location, less than ten minutes walk from absolutely everything, the seafront, the Lanes, shopping etc. The house was as described in the photos, very well equipped, everything had been thought of we didn't want for anything while we were there.
