Lovely bedroom which was larger than anticipated in central London. Separate shower as well as a bath was great. Room was very well maintained and spotless. Had a good afternoon tea in The Palm Court. All staff were approachable and helpful. Only slight drawback for us was a lack of a central place to sit and chill and get coffee or a snack during the day.
