We had the 3 bed room and it was perfect for our needs. Room was clean. Bathroom in good condition and it is so central you are in the centre of Brighton in less than 15 mins walk. If I had to pick a negative, there are dormitory type rooms as well and one was opposite our room which meant people coming and going at all times of the night, but it is only a door opening and shutting, so a small negative when you look at its location and the nice room.
