Welcome to Meadow View. Relax & enjoy this homes 20 acres with views of the Okanogan Valley.  
This home is in the Silver Spurs gated community. Incudes access to community Pool & Hot tub. Short drive to golf courses, wineries, lakes & rivers.  
Close to Lake Chelan and Winthrop. A large deck to enjoy your time away.  
First floor has a bedroom with king bed.  
Lower level includes 1 bedroom with queen sized bed, 1 bedroom with two twin beds. Plus a queen pull out couch on the lower level as well.  
The space  
Full stocked kitchen with blackstone bbq. Enjoy your morning coffee with the serene views. Primary Bedroom space has attached bathroom and deck access. Downstairs includes air hockey and foosball tables. WiFi and Hulu Live cable are included.  
Pool & hot tub is open seasonally usually opening Memorial Day weekend through beginning of September

Please be aware that this area does have many a vast amount of nature. There are cute prairie dogs, occasionally deer, coyotes. Wolves, Cougars, Bears & Badgers may occasionally visit as well. Rattlesnakes are commonly seen.
