« VRBO was cancelled day of arrival due to raccoon problem so had to stay here for a VB tournament as hotel options were limited. Overpriced. Room was clean but stains on carpet. Breakfast was “ok” would have preferred no breakfast with a cheaper room rate especially since it didn’t open until 7 on weekends and most sport teams have to be at venue to play before then. Location was good. A few great restaurants and cool used book store walking distance. Housekeepers were great. »

« This hotel is undergoing heavy construction. The email they sent after I booked said "light construction" but our hotel didnt have water or cable when we checked in. The receptionist offered a refune since amenities werent available. She said I had to contact expedia first. So my party canceled and got a new hotel. The hotel is now not responding to Expedia. I recommend going somewhere else. »

« If you're not a fan of the smell of weed, you'll probably not be too happy here. Everywhere smells like weed. I didn't care that much because I was gone 14 hours a day, but a family with kids might care. The staff is nice. I won't publicly name three outstanding staff, but K and B are just the best people. You know who you are, and thank you for being a bright spot at the end of the end. The air conditioner was broken in my room. To their credit, a maintenance person was up to have a look at it...

« There was NO coffeemaker. Cabinets seem to be falling apart. Some of the pillows were ripped. Whatever floor cleaner they used was sticky. Had to pay extra to stream movies from my own device and a service I pay for? The property seemed a little sketchy. »

« Our family had an amazing stay at SpringHill Suites in Kansas City. Top notch staff. Hotel was very clean and very close to a lot of nice attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel to others. »

« I didn't even stay and sleep the room I had 289 had a blood stain in front of the bathroom. The couch is black from grease all on the arm rest. The TV is to small for the room but would have been bearable if the security had came with a working remote. The blankets were not clean as I found hairs and stains on both along with mattress stains and tears in the bed skirt. Morning wrong with being hotel that's not modernized but this place is beyond accurate as described. »

« Stay was nice, property was cute and smelled good. The room was spacious and well designed. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in the bathroom was nice. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner though there were hairs and other debris in the shower before we used it and parking was not the best but I would stay at this location again. »

« The staff was poor at best didn’t have time to answer questions. The rooms were disgusting transients all over the property wouldn’t recommend it. »

« The room was in no condition to deal with the humidity. We found tons of bugs in the room, the first night, a grasshopper, approximately 10 woodlice and dead butterfly. The check in and out was really easy. The breakfast was meh, not a lot of options and when we got there at 8AM almost everything was run off. »

« 1. The value was terrible (cost vs worth) 2. The quality of the hotel was poor and many things in the room did not meet basic standards like the shower door on able to close for several inches 3. The area did not feel safe 4. Noise isolation was very poor ... could easy hear conversations outside the room, outside the hotel, next room over , etc 5. I'd never stay there again even for $50 6. Just felt like an old construction with a few makeovers. »
