This house is mere steps from the historic 39th street district where you can eat your heart out at a white table cloth restaurant like Thomas or get some comfort food at Fric & Frac or D'Bronx Pizza. Or maybe you prefer to grab a coffee at Starbucks a block away and sift through Prospero's Books on the corner. There is something for everyone. Downtown - 3 miles Country Club Plaza - 1.5 miles Westport Neighborhood - 1 mile During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this unit and you're welcome to use any of the amenities provided. Only minutes to the Westport and Plaza area 5 minutes Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum. 10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium 10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena 20 minutes Arrowhead and Royals stadiums We are only minutes from Sun Fresh, Midtown Market, Whole Foods and Walmart grocery stores. 2-3 minute drive to CVS pharmacy, Walgreens, and Starbucks. This charming duplex comfortably sleeps up to five guests and is conveniently located near the historic 39th Street District and KU Hospital. The bedrooms feature queen-size beds, and the living area includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The home offers a full bathroom with optional grab bars, a comfortable living room, and a small dining table for meals or planning your day. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, and all the essentials needed for cooking during your stay. An in-unit washer and dryer are also available for added convenience. Parking is easy with off-street parking for two cars per unit. Up to four vehicles can fit in the shared back parking area—two in the gravel section and two on the asphalt. One spot is located right by the back steps of the unit next door. Parking spots are not assigned. The bus route stops steps away on 39th street and takes you all over the city. Uber is also a great way to travel about the city. Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
