"The staff were great and courteous. The property was really nice, I especially loved the robes in the room and the gym was amazing. I wish I had more time to enjoy the different areas. I only ate from the hotel restaurant once for lunch -salmon but it was really good though of course felt a little overpriced for the portion size. It was still filling though. "

"I was given an "upgrade" from a two-queen room to a king suite with a king bed and a fold-out bed. I was told blankets and pillows would be delivered so the fold-out would be usable, which, by the way, would require moving furniture to do so. I followed up on blankets/pillows three times, and finally, at midnight, I gave up. The "upgrade" was a lie, and I ended up paying over $400 for a space that was, for all intents and purposes, unusable. Add to that the fact that the entire lobby looked like it had been hit by a tornado, and the extremely rude staff. I will definitely not book there again, which is unfortunate because the location is ideal. "

"Absolutely GREAT location! Just minutes from the T-Mobile center, we came to see Cardi-B! Food, stores and gas stations just minutes from the house. The house was very clean! Beds were very comfortable and there is a ton of space, it is bigger than it appears. Will be booking again in the summer when we come back to go to the jazz museum."
