To start what really makes this property unique is the staff they are very friendly and willing to help. I had an issue with the WIFI as I needed to join a zoom call for a work emergency and the wifi in the room was sooo bad - inexistant- called the reception and they offered to change the room rightaway, unfortunately the other room had the same issue but I do appreciate how reactive they were. Beside, the property is very nice. The only thing I really didn't appreciate is the wifi, and very limited food options at the bar, beside, its a lovely place

The view from the hotel is beautiful and the common areas are clean and modern. The rooms have horrible showers that leak all over the bathroom floor, the floor hallways are dark, dirty and smell horrible and the door handles to the rooms don’t always work. The guest elevators didn’t work the entire stay so everyone had to use the kitchen elevator which smelled horrible and was really dirty. Pretty view but unfortunately not a pleasant stay especially for the rate.

My significant and other stayed here for our first trip to the south of France from America. We could not have had a better stay than here. The service was the best I have ever had - the concierge was amazing. They came in multiple times per day to open and close blinds and change out towels. They provided complimentary beach towels and a beach bag. All I know is if we come back to St Tropez we will be staying here.

Great location. Room gorgeous overlooking the pool. Easy to walk into st Tropez. Friendly team on reception and around the hotel. Shuttle but available on demand.

We stayed in a junior suite in a painter’s palette of colors. The private terrace, shaded by cypress trees, became our favorite spot for a morning café or evening rosé. Just do it it is a slice of heaven on earth. The restaurant was a revelation. Provençal cuisine, elevated to haute gastronomy. Each dish—was a work of art. Local wines were perfectly paired, and the sommelier’s recommendations never missed.
