« We came to Cheboygan to do volunteer work. As a result we were gone from 7:30 in the morning until 7:30 at night. We didn't have much time to enjoy all the place offers. That being said, the cabin was very comfortable and super clean. Everything we needed for the stay was provided. The bed was very comfortable too. The only issue we had was connecting to the Internet with our phones. It was very spotty which was frustrating at times. If you want a very nice place to stay that gives a...

« Very nice, private. I’m always a little scared when I go on vacation. Don’t consider myself too awful picky but most rentals leave something to be desired cleanliness wise. This place was clean. All of it. Nothing was too far away by car and the views from the property were fabulous. They supplied two kayaks which were used daily. The water was walkable way out there, you could go 100 yards out without getting your waist wet - really wish I would have brought my little dog. Sleeping 8 requires...

« Was not given code to door between apartments. Cleaning lady was there and gave it to me. Two bathrooms had broken towel hooks, Patio door handle fell of when we tried to open the door, you could not lock it,(contacted the host said he would send someone out but no one came) The whole yard needed to be mowed, really tall weeds, poisen ivy growing all along the back, and up the gazebo. No kitchen towels, just wash cloths, used hand towels to do dishes. Refrigerator's were both set at highest...

« What a nightmare to find. The idea that we had to go to Days Inn was strange. They drew a map for us to find the place. Gave us the wrong info that lead us to a dead end. Then we finally found it after talking to several people. House was not secure. The back door would not close. Smelled like mold in all the rooms. The furniture was replaced with outdated Days Inn furniture. Not the same decor or furniture in the pictures. We were deceived. Eerie feeling being in that home. »

« The cabin was clean. The location is sketchy but right on the water which was wonderful. The water and beach are very rocky but a a very nice view. Breakfast is not included, you receive a discount voucher for a local restaurant that ended up still being $100 for buffet two adults and two kids. Noisy neighbors at night. Views of the bridge in the pictures is deceiving, it’s far in the distance you can see the top of the bridge. I think the price is too steep for the environment it’s in, between...
