If you are searching for the perfect beach front vacation spot, your search is over. Located on Lake Michigan’s pristine north shore and offering 120 feet of private soft sand beach, this truly spectacular home encompasses everything you would expect in a beach front home. Entering the home, you are greeted with a large open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and bright airy windows offering exceptional lake views from almost every room. There is a spacious well-equipped Kitchen with bar seating for 4 and table seating for 6\. The sink has Purified Reverse Osmosis drinking water so you won't have to bring or buy bottled water! You will also find the washer/dryer as well as Bedroom/Bathroom 1 in this area of the home. Next you will enter the Great Room with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, cozy couch seating for 5 and a 60-inch HDTV. Off to one side of the Great Room are Bedrooms 2 & 3 along with Bathroom 2\. Flowing through to the other side is the large waterfront Sunroom with captivating panoramic views of Lake Michigan. Inside this room you will find yourself encompassed by beauty. This stunning room is furnished with a dining table for 6, a full sleeper sofa, and ample seating/comfort as you sit and take in Lake Michigan’s vast beauty. From the Sunroom you can access the wrap around deck, teak table, grill and outdoor shower. As you step off the deck you are just 30 steps away from the sugary soft sand and the crystal-clear water of Lake Michigan. Outside there is something for everyone’s beach side enjoyment. Some of the amenities provided are Adirondack chairs, kayaks, water and sand toys, and a Little Tikes playground. The soft sandy bottom and gradual sloping water depth allow for some of the best swimming in the area. On the other end of the beach is a firepit. This is the perfect place to sit under the stars with a relaxing bonfire while catching glimpses of shooting stars. We do require a "Security/Damage Hold" for all rentals. Start with a beautiful house on magnificent Lake Michigan, add kayaks and ping pong and a fire pit for sunset-watching, and you are guaranteed a wonderful vacation. The two large living rooms and large kitchen afford comfortable space to socialize or for kids to break off for their own endeavors. Restaurants and amenities (groceries/wine/liquor) are minutes away. Our group of 10 family members from 11 yrs to Senior all felt at home and plan to visit the Beach Hutch again. The location is excellent for getting to all the things to do and places to see. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything that we needed. The views from the beach and sun room were amazing. What a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee watching the waves roll in. It was even better to end the day around the fire pit with a drink in hand watching the sun set, the moon rise, and then the stars shining. Michelle was an excellent and very attentive hostess. Our family (2 adults and 5 kids) loved everything about this beautiful home! It’s tough to find a fun vacation spot for kids ranging from age 2-14 but this one did it. We didn’t want to leave and there has been a unanimous decision to return someday! Communication with the owners was spot on, as well, which is really important to us. We really enjoyed our visit. Kayaking on the lake each morning was the highlight!. The house was beautiful and very nice for a big group. Michelle, was very helpful and helped our visit go smoothly. Sep 29, 2025 #### Great get away place The house is tucked away behind trees so it's not visible from the highway. Lighting at the doorway going into the garage where you enter the house. The house has nice big windows facing the lake. Beautiful view all day. The house is very roomy and lots of space to spread out. Outside is a porch with lawn chairs so you can send on the porch and the enjoy the view. There is also a small charcoal grill, table and chairs and off to the side of the porch is a fire pit. Aug 19, 2025 #### The Beach Hutch is wonderful for family get togethers come rain or shine. We had storms an afternoon and evening while we were at The Beach Hutch. The cards and games were great and my 2 year old grandson had the best time playing with the children's toys! When the sun came out after the storms, the tide went out. I mean way, way out! We could walk in the water further than we could swim when the tide was in.
