« The property is not decorated remotely like the photos. Bare walls. Everything is very dated and rundown. The house is large with lots of room but a house that size has to be cleaned much better. Bad dust everywhere, floors were sticky, inside all of the kitchen cabinets were filthy. Half the lights in the house didnt work or we the fixtures were missing. « 2 of the windows did not lock, screens were ripped or missing, host did not reply to 2 separate phone calls from VRBO and 2 others since then, there was a loose board at the entrance, the stove was gross, there was no bedroom door on one of the bedrooms, we couldn't figure out the heater (it ended up getting extremely hot before we did), there was no hot water. In addition, VRBO has refused our request for a full refund. »

« The fridge froze everything solid. There was no broom to sweep the dirt out of the cabin. But the location was beautiful. The cabin was beautiful and it was extremely relaxing. We didnt have no wood for the burn pit which the add on line saud it was provided. I would stsy again but i would definitely ask for a broom and then make sure the fridge worked properly. »
