It is cozy as described, so on the smaller side, however the price was right and we mainly used the place to sleep and have breakfast only. "If you are looking for a place to stay in Gettysburg that is quiet, scenic, and away from the busy downtown, this is it. We stayed here for a weekend and completely fell in love with the property. The lodges are super cozy, clean, and private, complete with a fireplace and a porch with rocking chairs, perfect for morning coffee while looking out over the trees. It’s set on a gorgeous piece of land. the whole vibe is just so relaxing. It’s just a short drive into town to see the sights or grab dinner, but it feels worlds away in the best way possible. Highly recommend whether you're touring the history, attending an event, or just want a peaceful weekend escape. We will definitely be back!"
