"It was a very nice place for what we needed on short notice. The view of the water and the exterior screened in porch were VERY nice. We truly enjoyed our stay. The beds were close to the ceiling, but that’s the way it needs to be. Thank you for an enjoyable weekend."

"Everything was great. Equipped with everything needed. Beds were comfortable with beautiful lake views. Kurt was very easy to communicate with. Even had a visit from momma doe and her two babies. Great location because we dock our boat at Kettle Cove Marina. Short walk to Marina, jumped into the boat and drove over to the Lakehouse where we hooked up to their dock for the week. So convenient!!! We hope to go back next year and make more memories."

"We had a really nice stay overall! The location is amazing, especially if you’re looking for a lake getaway with a larger group. There was plenty of space for everyone, the beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed having direct water access and the dock. The grill and fire pit were great, and we loved hearing the loons. We also appreciated the packets of towels for everyone.There were a few small hiccups during our stay. The upstairs shower didn’t seem to have consistent hot water, and the house could have used a little more cleaning when we arrived, particularly the floors. We also had a surprise bat visitor in the basement, which I suppose comes with lake living! The property manager stopped by unannounced at one point, which caught us a little off guard.For most of our stay it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. There was some construction and tree cutting right next door during our last couple of days, and a heads-up about that would have been appreciated if it was known in advance.Overall, though, we had a good time and enjoyed the house, the outdoor space, and especially being right on the lake. It was a great spot for our group."

"The place is right on the lake which is nice. The waterfront is what you are primarily paying for, as the “home” is really hotel room sized with a pullout couch for the bed. Also the sauna is appointment only and you are limited to one use no matter the length of the stay - which I wish I would have known in advance of booking. Otherwise it is a good stay not too far from Portland that allows dogs."
