« Property just as described on web site, great for a home-base, no problems (except for bike performance). Master bed on 2nd floor, with bathroom on first - let those kids do the steps in the middle of the night! Needless to say, we used separate beds on the first floor. Otherwise, great accommodations. »

« Beautiful property…big house with lots of room for the 9 of us. The water out back was a big hit with everyone! Lots of tubing with a little current to float us downstream! Kitchen well supplied with everything needed for meals. Great week! »

« NOCO was amazing. Great MTB trails. House was in ideal neighborhood, quiet and close to town and trails. We had a great time. House is old and looks way better in pictures. No soap or shampoo provided so bring your own. None of the TVs worked. No firewood provided for fire pit. »

« We all loved the trip! The house was huge. The pictures did not do justice of just how big it is. The kids played hide and seek the first couple days in it. Beds were comfy no one in our group complained. The three refrigerators, three ovens and three dishwashers were amazing. We packed the fridges with our group of 16 easily haha. It is in very close proximity to the best parts of North Conway and the surrounding areas, but off the beaten path enough that you have a true New Hampshire experience. « This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp. »

« Let’s just start with- overall the house served its purpose. We had a roof over our heads for the 4 days we were in town. There were some oddities about this place that I will list below. Negatives This is not an air conditioned house. It has 1 window unit in the kitchen. The house was 89 deg upon our arrival and took two days to even get to 79 deg. You must run the dehumidifier constantly and empty the bucket multiple times a day. There are fans in every room but not outlets in every room...

« This house is exactly what we were looking for!! When we had down time from exploring there was always something for everybody to do. Game room was well stocked and mostly all of the games actually had all of the pieces to them! Ping pong table was great for the kids and the pool table was great for the adults!
