"The owners were not available to greet me. I self checked in and felt a bit unsafe having to am to the communal bathroom in the middle of the night. "
"This is located in a ski- area and i was here in the off season. The hotel was conveniently located to several local pubs and restaurants. Family friendly but quiet i would visit again"

Abundant Light with Hot Tub, King Bed, and Wood stove-18 Minutes to Sunday River
10/10 Excellent
"What a fantastic place and stay. We enjoyed the property and took advantage of the kayak and stand up paddle boards that were right on the lake. Plenty of space for my family of 12 to have a reunion with hikes, swimming, and fun excursions into town and the local ski resorts. The host was friendly and welcoming and responded quickly to any questions. We'd love to come again."
"My wife and I were ill with covid and our daughter spent a few days there alone and enjoyed the view, surroundings, and lovely, clean rental. Communication with owner was supportive and friendly. Hope to actually stay there someday. "
"Before our stay, we were contacted about early check-in and late check-out (a simple email). The house is adorable and has a great layout. The bed rooms are a good size and the bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was a bit small but there is an adjacent dining area for extra space if needed when preparing a large meal. The house is very private with surrounding trees and the view from the front (large) windows is lovely! The skylights provide to s of light during the day. We stayed during the summer and the window AC units in the bedrooms (along with a couple fans included in the house) kept the house comfortable even in the 90 degree heat. Overall we loved this sweet cabin and the location and would be happy to return!"
4 season lakefront house on Twitchell Pond, private dock- near skiing
10/10 Excellent
"Four college friends from many years ago loved reconnecting for a second year at this beautiful location. We spent most of our time outside enjoying coffee on the dock, swimming, fishing, kayaking, walking and corn hole. It’s a lovely quiet pond. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We had adults staying in the loft area—which doesn’t have enough clearance to stand upright—but the beds are comfortable and we love the location! The host is very responsive. We really enjoyed our July stay!"
Lakefront Family Retreat: Skiing & Mountain Biking
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed here with a few friends and we absolutely loved it. The water was easily accessible and we spent most of our days out on the dock, paddleboarding, or swimming. The dock has an umbrella which provided some shade as well. The fire pit was a plus and we used it every night we were there. The house has more than enough space for groups to eat, hangout, and play board games. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, which made mealtime easy. The host also recommended some activities nearby and we enjoyed getting out and exploring the area. We really hope to come back! "
"This is an exceptional place to spend a couple days. The amenities are perfect and the setting is just simply magical. The simplicity of the area makes you feel like you’re camping but with almost all the things you need to feel luxurious. Check in was super simple and the owners were always accommodating and quick to respond. Little details were not missed. The cabin was super clean, well maintained, the shower was fantastic and the bed was really comfortable. Simply a perfect retreat for a couple or rent out the whole place with friends. Highly recommend. "
