Hot Tub and Sleeps up to 14 Welcome to Cabin #1 at Whites Brook Estates located at 99 Mountain Vista Drive. This luxury cabin has three bedrooms and a lower level bunk room (sleeps 12) along with four bathrooms. On the main floor is the spacious fully equip kitchen with a granite counter top island, open concept with a stately fireplace, large smart tv, dining table seating up to 12 and a living room area. Just out the glass doors you will find yourself on a wrap around deck with outside seating and a grill. This level also has a master suit with king size bed and a private bath with a beautiful tile shower. The second floor has two bedrooms both with queen beds and a shared full bath, and a loft with a pull out sofa. Lastly the basement level is where the fun begins. The game area has a shuffle board table, bar area great for entertaining and just out the door you will find the hot tub. The bunk room is on this level with a full bathroom. Detached 2 car garage. Back up generator just in case the Maine weather effects the power.. Just minutes from Bethel village and a 15 minute drive to Sunday River Ski Resort. Gorham, NH is 15minutes away offering snowmachine trails and summertime fun trails for ATVing and UTVing. The house is amazing - spacious, clean and well equipped. The grill must have been replaced bc previous reviews said it was an issue. My husband used it twice with no issue. The oven needs to be replaced. We made the best of it, but it wouldn’t get to temperature and was very finicky. Locks on several exterior doors are not functional. It’s a very secluded place so it didn’t feel like an issue but would be an easy remedy. ##### Suzanne P. House is poorly insulated, internally, meaning you can hear every word someone else is saying in other rooms and other floors when doors are closed. It nicely accommodated 3 families with a bunk room for the kids downstairs. The alligator across the hall was a bit scary for young children, so beware opening doors. The hot tub was a nice touch, although we struggled to keep it at temperature. Location was perfect for mountain access and remote Mountain View’s. They do have 2 identical houses without numbers on them and we actually checked into the wrong house by mistake. Joyce was so understanding as it has happened before. However the oven is not your average oven took forever to stay hot, the dryer did not dry the clothes, in the master the thermostats did not work but all irrelevant the view, the hot tub all amazing everything is about 20 mins away. We picked this one because it was the last one in the driveway in that area. We had a lot of privacy and really enjoyed this cabin! The house is only 20 min away and perfectly secluded for the peace and quiet. The property has that great cabin feel and plenty of room for the ten of us. ##### Adam F. Huge home with plenty room for all, very cozy inside during winter with an amazing fireplace. Large deck was incredible for sunrise and during a blue sky day. Hot tub was one of the best hot tub experiences I’ve ever had. The view from your own private hot tub can’t be beat. Two car garage and plenty other parking. Not far from town or skiing at Sunday River. We’ll likely be back as it was a perfect mountain getaway cabin. ##### Brian B. Very warm and easily accommodated our family of 6 (plus dog). There were smart TVs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms- the basement bedroom didn’t have one but we didn’t use that bedroom anyway. We built a fire every night and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views. The WiFi was spotty but overall was fine. I do wish there was a larger selection of cookware. All of the pans were roughly the same smallish size and there wasn’t a large pot to boil water in; we had to use two separate ones. (Also I couldn’t find a can opener.). I was so happy to have a gas stove though! The beds were comfortable and the main bedroom on the first floor had a nice bathroom and walk-in closet. It was an easy 20 minutes max to Sunday river. I think we would definitely stay here again. ##### lauren k. This house had great views - a little confusing to get to at first since it's way off the beaten path but worth it! Awesome space, hot tub, and kitchen. The only upsets were slow wifi (weren't able to stream anything seamlessly), the ice machine decided to stop working, and there were no fire extinguishers that we found which was concerning as we were grilling ...
