"several things broken in the room: 1. Be careful - room doors do not close all the way, check to make sure door locks before you leave 2. Heating broken 3. Refrigerator broken 4. several cabinets broken 5. Balcony over looked first floor patio filled with trash and broken furniture clearly looked like employee break room that had not been cleaned in weeks 5. When I tried to explain the problems I was experiencing staff never let me speak and assumed I did not know how a thermostat or refrigerator works. I was trying to be helpful to explain the problem but front desk never gave me a chance and when I asked her to stop talking to listen to me. funny next day I noticed maintenance there all day - wonder if my observations would have helped"

"This property is absolutely not worth what they’re charging. We stayed in a global suite, which featured cheesy Chinese decor. We went to New Mexico to stay in New Mexican style accommodations! The room was old, dingy, and in need of updates. Landscaping around the property is sloppy. The pool is lovely, but had to close for a portion of our stay and staff was not apologetic or helpful in terms of when it would reopen. "

"Our stay wasn't as great as we thought it would be, housekeeping never came until the day we were checking out. Then when we were needed housekeeping we were told they left for the day. We had to move the bed ( due to a cellphone that dropped) behind the bed we to move it and it was so filthy.. we differently will not be staying here again"

"An incredibly well appointed flat. The rooms are nice and airy and so comfortable. The position was right in town and perfect for our party of three women travelling together. Communication with our host was excellent. This was a great base to explore Taos. Without a car it is tricky to find transport out to the pueblo but we persevered. The bus does not run on the weekends which was a disappointment and we were eventually lucky enough to get a rare Uber. A beautiful town and great coffee from Tomorrow and Tomorrow."
