"This is what it is. A cheap place to sleep. Traveled with my teenage daughter and we just needed beds for a night. Great rate. Beds were clean and comfortable. Actually it was the Best bed I’ve slept in for 4 nights on Our trip. Otherwise the area, the parking lots the balconies etc are dirty, rusty, and trashy. Felt perfectly safe though. Lots of construction type workers it appeared staying here. I would stay here again for the price. "

"I would like to thank Ken for providing the nicest VRBO I have stayed at. This house was perfect for a spring break fishing trip with my son and grandson. The dock is literally steps from the back door where we caught flounder, speckled trout, crabs,and croakers. Perfect to dock the boat. First time a house has had everything I am used to having in the kitchen. There is a small full service grocery store 2 miles from the house. This area near Dauphin Island avoids the traffic and long drives I have experienced at most beach areas. We are already thinking about a next trip. "

"This is a great place for families. Lots of games for the kids (big and little) after a fun day at the beach on Dauphin Island. We stayed here during a convention in Mobile and it was nice to get away from the city. "

"This little house on stilts was exactly as it's represented on hotels.com. We had a good time and the home was very clean on the inside. "

"Kitchen island had to be wiped down when we got there, missing light bulbs in some fixtures, only 3 lamps in the whole place, no window treatments in living room, back porch needed to be hosed off and furniture needed repainting, no working smoke detectors, house smelled musty and ventilation system was turned off when we got there, no easy way to watch TV, and obviously it wasn't checked by the host before we got there. It was the most disappointing Vrbo that I've stayed in."
