They look similar. We couldn't get in the house (because we were at the wrong house) and contacted the owner of our rental. She was prompt in responding and helping. Long story short, she felt bad because we were waiting to have someone help us get into the house, even though it was our fault we were at the wrong house, and offered to let us stay longer. She didn't need to do that but she wanted to be sure we were happy. We were def pleased with our stay and her customer service. We will definitely be back and rent this house again!
