« The property is conveniently located in a nice area with restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I didn’t like that our room was next to the maintenance room and we heard machines running all day and nights for our two day stay. »

« There was quite a bit of mold all around. For example, shower curtains are moldy and several spots on ceiling. »

« The only hotel I can remember ever staying at that didn't have a hair dryer or iron in the room. No remote for the TV. Never saw housekeeping to bring by towels. Phone didn't work in the room so had to go to the front desk for a lot of things. When I did they seemed hesitant to want to help me out. Ice machine didn't work so had to go up two floors anytime we wanted ice. We were out a lot so somethings weren't as important but overall we will NEVER stay at another Microtel again »

« We really enjoy this property! We've stayed 3 times so far and will definitely return for future stays. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend. On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure. »

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« Very close to the beach. The property has a pool also. Views and gulf breeze from either side of the property. Very responsive (like in minutes)! So easy to deal with. Extreme relaxation vibes in the whole area. No elevator but the stairs kept me on track with my fitness lol They also provide reading materials and I really appreciated it. The place did accommodate all 6 quests. We can’t wait to return! »

« I was disappointed when I realized I booked on a golf course instead of the beach. However, it turned out much better. The views were amazing along with the different activities it gave us a break from the hot beach sun. The condo was unbelievable beautiful. Sitting on the golf course having coffee was the best part of the day for me. My husband wasn’t happy because he didn’t bring his golf clubs. »

« Check out time was at 10am. A Manager walked into the unit at 10:08am stating dropping paperwork off for the next person. Very scary for me and my family. »
