"Spent the weekend with my girlfriend and 2 dogs up at this cabin as a little getaway. It was very quiet, peaceful, relaxing. From cutting down and dead wood for the fire, to canoeing on the calm lake in the morning, and listening to the loons at night. The dogs absolutely loved the cabin as well. It is very secluded so they loved the off leash adventures nearby the cabin while we played games on the porch and even took strolls through the trails. We will definitely be going back because of how much of a great time we had. If you like the woods and want to get away, I highly recommend this stay. "

"The lodge was beautiful! Such a peaceful, quiet getaway. We saw so much wildlife, and thoroughly enjoyed being disconnected for a few days. The lodge has everything you need.... just make sure to bring the food you'll need for your stay. There are a few country stores within 15-30 minutes, but no grocery stores. My kids loved kayaking, fishing, making smores, and laying in the hammock. We made several say trips to Acadia, and also found some hiking trails nearby. We hope to return soon!"

"Absolutely wonderful. You don’t need to bring anything she has the house fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. The house is beautiful and she checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend staying. It is such a sweet and caring town. "
