« Unfortunately the front desk person was at lunch when we arrived. The sign did not say when she left or what time she would return. Other people trying to check in waited 30 mins. Many of the guests we saw as we were waiting were a bit sketch and we didn't feel very safe. Many people were in and out and we heard fighting in the parking lot. « Pepper Tree check-in staff were very pleasant and the desk was staffed even though we arrived late in the evening. The room was extremely clean and had basic amenities with a fairly large fridge. Only one thing was wrong--the sink's water spigot required brute strength to pull out to turn on the water. The location of this motel is very good--quite close to Highway 217. There was plenty of parking too. »

« I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at this Hilton Garden Inn property. I made a reservation and paid specifically for a room with 2 Queen Beds. However, upon arrival, I wasn’t informed that I would be placed in a room with only 1 bed and a sofa bed. I checked in at 5:30 PM well after the standard check-in time (4PM), yet the front desk stated they could not provide the room I booked because there was no housekeeping available to prepare it.
