« Like new, very clean. Basically a hotel room with a washer and dryer. No place to cook except a microwave. It’s beyond me why they don have a small gas grill outside to cook on, it would revolutionize this place. I had my doubts about the bed when I first walked in, but it turned out to be fairly comfortable if you like a firm mattress. « We appreciated the quietness of the area, the amount of space, which gave us space to unwind, then come together easily. Parking was available and easy, and we appreciated the mixed ethnicity of the area restaurant choices. We are not big fans of "gentrified areas." Going down the flight of stairs was a little challenge. Might be deal breaker in inclement weather, but fine otherwise. »
