"When we walked in to get checked in we had to wait 20min, then we could smell marijuana really strong. Then they asked for a deposit which wasn’t mentioned. The breakfast area has a good variety of choices, but the pool was very cold, and the hallways smelled horrible of marijuana, no vent in bathroom. "

"No notice was provided prior to arrival of heavy construction ongoing with the property. Staff was exceptionally rude on the phone prior to arrival and during the stay. Upon entering the room the surfaces were covered in drywall dust from the construction. There was paint and plaster on the floor. Old food that had not been cleaned behind the night stands. The bathtub/shower drain did not flow, so as you took a shower the tub would fill quit quickly. Went to ask about having it looked at and waited for over 30-minutes to have someone finally come to the desk and say they could not help with the issue and would need to talk to someone else. The mattress in the room did not have a protector on it so it was the bare mattress with a sheet over it which seemed unsanitary. The construction activities going on left construction materials and tools throughout the main lobby and hallways to the elevators. During the day access to the elevator and pool were essentially blocked off by the workers. While traveling through the hallway it was necessary to step over the materials and tools to make it anywhere and made getting through with kids difficult. While using the pool the workers were staring into the pool room from the hallway which was uncomfortable while children were swimming. The pool room had some broken tiles and sharp edges around it. I am generally understanding about construction activities but this was extremely mismanaged and unprofessional. "

"The room was just ok and not worth the price we paid. The pool was not available and that was the reason we booked here. We left a day early. HVAC was loud!"

"This hotel is gross. The bedding is dingy and dirty. We drove down to road to buy pillows because the ones in the room were so gross we couldn’t use them. I found a dirty washcloth left hanging over the shower curtain, did not looked like the bathroom was cleaned at all. So gross do not stay here "

"Everything was good except the pool for extremely cold and kids didn’t want to get in. Other guests were there too and complaining of same issue. The hot tub wasn’t hot either. It was just warm. They said it was due to them just having filled it but it took overnight for it to be warm. The pool never did get comfortable enough to swim in. This was the whole reason we stayed here. For our grandkids to swim. Very disappointed. "

"We booked a whirlpool tub room just for the whirlpool tub it was my husbands and i anniversary. First getaway from our 3 kids in 3 years. The jets in the tub didnt work which was really disappointing. The ice machine also didnt work, the wifi wouldnt connect to any of our devices so we were stuck watching whatever was on tv. "
